Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you agree to these terms at the time of purchase.


Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.
If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions:
Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unused, and in their original packaging.
For products where hygiene is a concern, items must be thoroughly cleaned before any return.

Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Tights

  • Certain personal care products


How to initiate a return:

Please email us at info@enzorosa-toronto.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the item (if damaged)

  • Your full contact details


Refunds

Process:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Delayed or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Still no refund? Contact us at info@enzorosa-toronto.ca


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returned packages.

Returns must be shipped to China, with shipping costs starting at $20, paid by the customer.


Exceptions

Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
If the issue persists, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated processing system.
